Performance Clarity Beyond the Training Session
FGC Development Support extends the training environment through structured performance evaluation tools. Each service follows the FGC Match Behavior Evaluation Framework to identify patterns in decision-making, positioning, and execution under real match demands.
These services are strictly performance-focused and designed to help athletes understand how their behaviors translate inside real games.
Development Support does not include recruiting guidance. Athletes seeking recruiting strategy or college alignment should book FGC College Pathways programming.
Film Performance Analysis
Film Performance Analysis is an in-person review session where one half of match play is analyzed in detail to evaluate decisions, positioning, and execution within real game sequences.

This session focuses strictly on performance behaviors during match play. No recruiting strategy or recruiting profile guidance is discussed.
Live Performance Observation
Live Performance Observation evaluates an athlete during a real match environment to assess behaviors that video alone often cannot capture.

- scanning habits and awareness
- decision-making under real match pressure
- transition reactions after turnovers
- communication and competitive response
Following the observation, athletes receive a written performance report summarizing key behaviors, tendencies, and development priorities.
If desired, a live breakdown session can be added, at an additional cost, to review the report in greater detail.
Athlete Performance Review
A combined evaluation integrating Film Analysis and Live Match Observation to create a complete understanding of an athlete’s habits, decisions, and match behaviors.

Live observation results are delivered through a performance report. A live breakdown session may be requested, at an additional cost, if deeper discussion is desired.
