Individual Development

The Most Focused Coaching Environment in the FGC Development System

Individual Development applies the FGC methodology through the most focused coaching environment available within the system. Individual Development is precision-based and curriculum-driven built to sharpen execution, speed up decisions, and reinforce match behaviors that hold under pressure.

Built for the 90.

Entry is evaluation-based. Placement is determined by training readiness and current pathway capacity.

Who This Pathway Is For

Individual Development is designed for athletes who want detailed correction, high accountability, and consistent weekly progression.

Best for athletes who

  • train with intent and commit to weekly development
  • accept correction and apply coaching quickly
  • want precision work that transfers to match demands
  • take ownership of standards outside the session
  • value long-term progression over short-term outcomes

What the environment requires

  • consistent attendance and professionalism
  • focus, composure, and responsiveness to coaching
  • patience for development phases and repetition
  • respect for standards that protect the work
  • follow-through on assigned work between sessions

Individual Development Formats

Individual Development is delivered in two formats. Both formats operate under the same curriculum and standards.

1v1 Development

A fully individualized format designed around the athlete’s development priorities—built for technical precision and fast correction.

  • maximum individualized correction
  • technical detail and execution standards
  • decision-making speed and composure
  • clear development targets and checkpoints

2-Player Development

Available only when two athletes apply together. This format adds competitive interaction while maintaining detailed coaching.

  • both athletes must submit their own evaluation application
  • each athlete receives an individual placement outcome
  • training is built to improve decisions and execution under shared tempo
  • each athlete is billed separately

Note: Applying together does not guarantee acceptance. Placement is determined by evaluation results and pathway capacity.

How Training Is Built

Training follows the FGC curriculum with purposeful session themes designed to develop match behaviors—not random drills.

Development Themes

perception and scanning habits
first action and ball security
speed of play and decision-making
1v1 solutions (attack and defend)
timing and combination play
finishing and final-third execution
defensive behaviors and duels
composure, tempo control, and game management

Evaluation and Placement

Athletes enter the pathway through a coached evaluation designed to assess technical reliability, decision-making, movement quality, and training behaviors. Placement is determined by evaluation results, training readiness, and current capacity.

Step 1 — Application

Submit the evaluation application so we can understand training context, goals, and availability.

Step 2 — Player Evaluation

Coached assessment focused on execution, decisions, and coachability under instruction.

Step 3 — Placement Outcome

Athletes receive a placement decision: Individual Development, Group Development, waitlist, or clinic referral when appropriate.

Step 4 — Blueprint

Accepted athletes receive a Personal Performance Blueprint defining priority targets, standards, and checkpoints.

Pricing

Individual Development operates on a monthly subscription model to protect consistency, standards, and reserved training slots.

One reserved session per week aligned to the athlete’s Personal Performance Blueprint.

2-Player Development
