composure, tempo control, and game management

How Athletes Enter the Pathway

FGC protects the environment by structuring entry. Openings are limited to maintain quality and standards.

Step 1 — Application

Athletes begin with an application so FGC can understand context, training history, goals, availability, and commitment.

Step 2 — Player Evaluation

A coached evaluation focused on technical reliability, decision-making, movement quality, coachability, and habits under instruction.

Step 3 — Placement Outcome

Athletes receive one outcome: acceptance, waitlist, or a development recommendation prior to entry.

Step 4 — Personal Performance Blueprint

Accepted athletes receive a tailored blueprint defining priority targets, focus themes, standards, and checkpoints.

Development Tracks and Pricing

FGC operates on a monthly subscription model to protect consistency, standards, and reserved training slots.

Individual Development Track

$480 per month

Includes one structured session per week with a reserved slot and training aligned to the athlete’s Personal Performance Blueprint.

Best for athletes who need individualized correction, targeted development, and high accountability.

Two-Player Development Track

$240 per month per athlete (billed separately)

Includes one structured session per week in a two-athlete format.

How this works

  • Each athlete applies and is accepted individually into the pathway.
  • Acceptance is based on readiness, habits, and environment fit.
  • Each athlete receives their own Personal Performance Blueprint and placement decision.
  • Billing is per athlete (billed separately).
  • Pairings are determined by developmental compatibility and standards.

Best for athletes who benefit from shared tempo, competition, and decision constraints while maintaining coaching quality.

Sibling Pathway Option

For siblings with similar age, level, and readiness, FGC may offer a sibling pairing option when appropriate.

  • Each sibling applies and is accepted individually.
  • If levels align and scheduling allows, siblings may train together in the two-player format.
  • If levels do not align, siblings may be placed in different formats to protect development quality.

Monthly Billing and Reservation Expectations

Training slots are limited and reserved. Monthly billing protects consistency and maintains standards across the environment.

Billing Structure

  • Training is billed monthly, in advance, to reserve the athlete’s weekly slot.
  • Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancellation notice is provided according to policy deadlines.

Missed Sessions

  • Missed sessions do not alter monthly billing.
  • A limited make-up block may be offered when availability exists; make-ups are not guaranteed.

Club Schedule Changes

  • If a club schedule changes and conflicts with a reserved slot, FGC will attempt to adjust based on availability.
  • If no alternative slot exists, the original reserved slot remains billed.

Expectations

FGC is a performance environment. Standards protect the quality of the work.
